"Rude Staff"

I made an appointment 4/5 weeks prior for 12pm today to get a quote for roof repairs. I showed up for the appointment on time and no sign of the roofer. I phoned him and he said he had been earlier but nobody was home (he had my no so could have phoned). I don’t live in the property as it’s getting renovated but apparently it’s my fault I missed the appointment because I didn’t tell him I don’t live there. If I did live there, I could have been out as the appointment wasn’t until 12pm. I phoned reception to let them know and the girl on reception was just as rude and again started blaming me for not telling her I didn’t live at the property 🤯🤯🤯 If all the staff are as useless as the ones I made contact with today then I think it was a lucky escape for me!.
