"Rude and inconsiderate till staff DONT GO HERE"

Had an absolutely awful time with the two staff that served me and my friends at zara as well as the whole que. For starters don’t expect to hear gossip about other staff someone called Claudia? Genuinely astonishing what we heard and customers were interuppted to carry on a conversation between staff about Molly (girl at the counter) doesn’t know why someone was pissed her, considering there was children in the que, this is atrocious language and we won’t be visiting you again..
