Smiles until your new purchase/service develops a fault at which point their solution is for you to open yer wallet and let them help themsels.

DO NOT give these people money if your new product/services faulty. Better still go elsewhere to begin with.

They rely on customers not knowing their consumer rights. If you have purchased here and when they ask you for money to fix their faulty good/services, proceed directly to trading standards..
