Wow what can I say brilliant service, even though I made an error for the day I wanted it fitted and had to phone to change it. Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful and I got help from the moment I walked into the shop, the gentleman was not over powering like some shops you go into and advised as to what would work best for the stairs, hall and landing we were then left to wander round and have a good look. When we had decided the gentleman was very efficient. We got a call back next day with a quote from a lady and organised everything very quickly. The fitters came today and were very quick, tidy and friendly. Would recommend.
