"Buy cookies - get hair free"

Went to order a giant cookie, waited in line for over ten minutes - don't blame the poor girl as she asked for help repeatedly while the others chatting in the back ignored her - to be finally served, asked for a giant cookie to be ready for two hours time, came back to it not ready and waited a further ten minutes for it.

When I finally got it the girl at the counter shown me the finished cookie, not only did it look rushed it also had a long blonde hair in the icing! Asked to speak to the manager but the girl who just left - a girl with blonde hair, found the source of the stray hair! - turned out to be the manager so I just gave up and left with my cookie, hair removed.

Would not recommend this Millies cookies branch, shame as previous branches I have went to have been excellent :(.
