"STILL WAITING FOR A PHONECALL!"

I ORDERED 2 WINTER TYRES OVER THE PHONE FROM THEM ON FRIDAY 22ND NOVEMBER 2013 & WAS TOLD THEY WOULD CALL ME IN A COUPLE OF DAYS WHEN THEY CAME IN. I CALLED BACK ON WEDNESDAY 27TH NOVEMBER & AGAIN ON THURSDAY 28TH & WAS ASSURED THEY WERE ON ORDER & TO WAIT FOR A PHONECALL.......STILL WAITING.....
