"Nail Technician on mobile phone!"

I was a bit unsure about attending my appointment because when I called on the Tuesday morning the receptionist was very rude but I was desperate to have my nails done. I attended my Friday appointment, my nails were lovely, but two things shocked me. The price was extortionate compared to other salons and one of the other nail technicians sat texting and using her mobile phone throughout her client's treatment. I thought this was extremely rude and very disrespectful. How the management allowed this I will never know. I will not return to Beauty Uncovered..
