A review of Washington Cafe by Eileenfb written on Monday 12th of March 2012
I regularly visit the Washington Cafe - the staff are friendly and helpful. The food has always been well cooked and presented.
My main interest is in having a nice well-made coffee and a read of one of their daily newspapers - I became known as the Latte Lady. They have had to change my nick-name as I am now a dairy free zone. Now I am known as the Soya Lady.
I must mention the customers. Some are quiet and some love to chat and other are just plain friendly and say, "Hello, how are you?" Nice!
The added bonus is being able to look at the sea - when I haven't got my head in the newspaper.
